At the heart of this mission is a partnership between two passionate educators: Jordan Wylie MBE and Jenny Cooke.

Jordan, an award winning adventurer and international bestselling author with 15 years of record-breaking achievements since leaving the Army in 2010, including multiple world firsts and an MBE for voluntary services to charity and education, brings his unparalleled experience and enthusiasm to this cause. Joining him is Jenny, a dedicated and inspiring educator with over 25 years of experience as a primary school teacher and the founder of Oddizzi, an award-winning online geography resource for primary schools. Together, they aim to spark curiosity and commitment among young learners worldwide.

About 2041 Champions of Antarctica

Jenny founded the 2041 School charity alongside Robert Swan OBE in March 2023, driven by a vision to empower young people as stewards of Antarctica’s future. This innovative educational charity works to recruit pupils, teachers, and schools to join its mission: to become Champions of Antarctica and earn the title of a 2041 School. As co-presenter and co-producer of the films that anchor this initiative, Jenny combines her expertise in education with a passion for conservation.

Through award-winning, cutting-edge films, and inspiring storytelling, 2041 Schools engage young minds, fostering a deep understanding of why protecting Antarctica matters to the health of our planet. Students are given a clear and exciting mission to become Antarctic ambassadors, sparking a lifelong commitment to environmental protection.
